Returns-

To qualify for a return, your order must be in new condition. We cannot accept any returns of products that have been opened and used. For example... YES on returns of a candle you sniffed but did not like or a crystal that just wasn't your jam. NO on returns of tarot deck you took the shrink wrap off of and shuffled or a tincture you opened and took a drop of. 

To qualify for a return please contact us within 5 days of receiving your package.

You are responsible for return shipping cost and MUST provide a tracking number to us when the items has been shipped back to Heim. 

Missing or Stolen Packages-

A refund will NOT be provided if the returned package is lost in the mail. Please file a claim with USPS if your return package is lost.

Heim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim with the USPS if you suspect your incoming package is missing or stolen. 

YOU are responsible for entering your correct shipping address. Please PLEASE always double check you've entered the correct information and contact us right away if it needs correcting. If you've accidentally shipped your package to, for example, your old apartment or your friend's house, no refund will be provided and no action will be taken from Heim. 

 Broken Stuff-

If your item happens to be damaged during shipping please contact us with photos of the damaged items so we can discuss a replacement item.
